Terms and conditions
The agreement between you and Linkyard Media LLC when you use linkyard.com.
Template — review before launch
This policy is a working starting point drafted for a service of this type. It is not legal advice. Have a solicitor in your operating jurisdiction review and adapt it — particularly the sections on data transfers, refunds and liability — before you rely on it.

1.Agreement
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2.The service
We provide off-page SEO services: link placements, brand mentions, press distribution, and reporting software. We publish content on third-party websites and on sites within our own network, and we track visibility across search engines and AI assistants.
We do not modify your website, and we are not a search engine optimisation consultancy for on-page work.
3.What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee rankings. Nobody can. Search engines and AI assistants change their systems without notice and without consulting us. Any timeframe or outcome we mention is an observation from past work, not a promise.
What we do guarantee is delivery: that a placement goes live, that it contains the agreed link, and that it passes our verification check. If it does not, you are refunded.
4.Your responsibilities
You confirm you own or are authorised to promote the URLs you submit, and that your site does not contain illegal content.
We do not accept orders for content that is illegal in the UK or the United States, that infringes someone else's rights, that relates to adult content involving minors, that promotes weapons, narcotics or fraud, or that impersonates another business.
We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion and refund it.
5.Balance and payments
Orders are paid from your account balance, which you fund by card, PayPal or supported cryptocurrency. Balance is denominated in US dollars, carries no interest, and is not a deposit account.
Unspent balance remains yours and can be withdrawn to the original payment method, subject to processing fees charged by the payment provider.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and remain active until the end of the period already paid for.
6.Delivery and refunds
Turnaround estimates are per product and shown before you order. They depend partly on third-party publishers and are not contractual deadlines.
Items that cannot be delivered are refunded automatically to your balance. Our full refund position is set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7.Placement longevity
Placements are sold as permanent with no recurring fee, but we do not control third-party websites. Where a guarantee window applies it is stated on the product; within that window we rebuild removed links on a comparable host at no cost. Outside it, we cannot compel a publisher to keep content live.
8.Acceptable use of the API
API keys are personal to your account and must not be shared. Rate limits are published in the documentation. We may suspend a key that is abusing the service, and we will tell you why.
9.Affiliate program
Commission is earned on qualifying payments by referred customers as described on the affiliate page. Self-referral, and referral between accounts sharing a payment method or address, does not qualify. Commission on a refunded order is reversed.
10.Liability
Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, which cannot be limited by law.
11.Termination
You may close your account at any time; remaining balance is withdrawable. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms, and will refund any balance not associated with a completed order.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Replace this clause with your own jurisdiction before launch.
