FAQ
Affiliate questions
Which payments earn commission?
Card payments through Stripe, PayPal payments, and crypto top-ups. Orders paid from an existing account balance do not generate a second commission, because the commission was already paid when that balance was funded — otherwise the same money would pay out twice.
When does pending become approved?
When the order it came from is delivered. That gap exists because a refunded order would otherwise leave us paying commission on money that went back to the customer.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals, and referrals between accounts sharing a payment method or address, do not earn commission. It is the one rule we enforce automatically.
Is there a minimum payout?
$50 for a withdrawal. There is no minimum if you take the commission as account balance instead.
Do agencies get something different?
Agencies usually do better on the wholesale rates than on the affiliate program, because you keep the margin on every order rather than 20% of it. If you are reselling rather than referring, the Agency reporting tier and the API are the relevant products.
What if my referral asks for a refund?
The commission for that order is reversed. If it had already been paid out, it is deducted from your next payout rather than clawed back from your balance.
