Rankings, AI mentions and map visibility on one page, with the placements you bought dated beside them. Every figure is something we measured — where we measured nothing, the report says so.

Checked daily at 04:00 UTC. A keyword that was checked and did not rank says so; one that has never been checked is left blank rather than shown as a zero.
What is tracked
Everything that decides whether you get found
Organic rankings
Position checks per keyword, per location, per device, run daily at 04:00 UTC. SERP features are recorded with each check, so you can see when a featured snippet took your traffic without your position moving.
AI visibility
Questions built from your tracked keywords, asked every Monday at 06:00 UTC and never containing your brand name — asking “is Acme good?” guarantees the answer says Acme and measures nothing. We record whether you were named, where among the cited sources, which competitors appeared, and the sentence that named you.
Map heatmaps
Local pack position for your local search terms, sampled at every point on a grid around your business, every Monday at 07:00 UTC. You see the suburbs where you disappear instead of one averaged number.
Placements built
Every link we build for the project, with its live URL and the date the link was re-fetched and confirmed on the page. Dated alongside the ranking history, so the client can line up what was built against what moved.
For agencies
Put your own name on it
Roughly half our reporting revenue is agencies reselling this to their own clients. The Agency tier exists for that: your name, your colour, and no mention of us anywhere on the page.
You keep the client relationship. We stay invisible — including when a sweep has nothing to report, which the page explains in plain terms rather than showing your client an error.
- 25 client projects on the Agency tier, 150 on Scale
- Public share links, no client login required
- Per-report control of which sections a client sees
- Sections with nothing measured explain themselves, in your voice

White label
What the Agency tier adds
Your name on it
Your agency name and accent colour on every report page. Nothing on the page says Linkyard.
Shareable links
Each report gets a public URL you can send to a client without creating them an account. It is excluded from search engines.
Sections you choose
Rankings, AI visibility, map heatmap and placements are each switched on or off per report, so a client only sees the work you are doing for them.
Nothing invented
When a check has not run, the section says which measurement is missing and when the next attempt is. Your client never sees a placeholder chart, or a zero standing in for “not measured”.

FAQ
Reporting questions
How do you measure AI visibility?
We build buyer-style questions from the keywords you already track — deliberately without your brand name in them, because a question that names you guarantees an answer that does too. Each week those questions go to the assistants we have a live driver for, and we record whether you were named, your position among the cited sources, the competitors named alongside you, and the sentence itself. The model's verdict is checked back against the answer text before it is stored, so a hallucinated mention is recorded as no mention. It is sampled measurement of a system that varies between runs: read the trend, not a single week.
Which AI assistants do you scan?
Gemini by default, because its search tool means the answer reflects what the model retrieves today rather than what was in its training data. Claude can be switched on if you want an answer from model knowledge alone recorded too. ChatGPT and Perplexity are not scanned yet — we would rather show you two engines we actually asked than four we did not. Your report only ever lists engines that were asked, with the number of answers behind each rate.
Is the ranking data real or estimated?
Real. A position comes from reading the results page, and if a check fails nothing is written at all — the chart shows a gap for that day rather than a line drawn through it, and the section tells you the date of the last real check. We do not put estimated traffic figures on a client report, because nobody outside Google has traffic data for a site they do not own.
What happens when a check does not run?
The report says so, in specific terms: which keywords are tracked, when the last recorded check was, and when the next sweep runs. It never fills the gap with a placeholder chart or shows a zero where nothing was measured — an unchecked keyword and a keyword that ranks nowhere are shown as different things, because they are.
Can my clients see it without an account?
Yes. Each report has a public URL with your agency name and colour on it, and no login. It carries a noindex header so it will not turn up in search results.
Can I serve reports from my own domain?
Not yet. Reports are served from our infrastructure at their own link, white-labelled with your name and colours. Custom report domains are on the roadmap and are not live today, so do not buy the plan for that.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Collection stops — every sweep filters on an active plan. The measurements already recorded stay on your account, and a report you have shared keeps showing them. Taking a published report offline is not self-serve yet: ask us and we will switch it off. There is no self-serve CSV export yet either — if you need your history out, ask us.
Do I need to buy links to use the reporting?
No. Reporting is a standalone subscription and plenty of customers only use that. If you do buy placements, they are listed on the same report with their publication dates, which makes it easy to line them up against the ranking history.
